His Mercies, ARE NEW….. EVERY MORNING!
Lamentations 3:22-23
22 The faithful love of the LORD never ends![a]
His mercies never cease.
23 Great is his faithfulness;
his mercies begin afresh each morning.

22 Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
Do you ever wake in a funk and wonder ” how am I going to make it through another day?!”. This morning was one of those days. I rolled out of bed, staggered to the bathroom and then hit my knees in a lame attempt to pray. But, ya know what? My feeble cry for help was received with open arms! I immediately received a song to sing and before I knew it , we , the Lord and I, were on our way to a great day! Yes, I know it is still early but He is faithful and promises to walk with us — to never leave nor forsake us. Like the verses say above…. His mercies are new every morning – GREAT is HIS FAITHFULNESS.
So, dear friend, no matter how your “feeling” today. Reach out to your faithful Savior with a simple childlike cry for HELP! And then watch Him show up!
Oh what a great and profound mystery this is! That the Creator, the Great I AM, is no more than a heartfelt cry for help away!
HE IS FAITHFUL- Take Him at His word today!
