MY CURRENT LOT IN LIFE
I have held to the belief that when I had met all the conditions the Good Lord would have me meet, that the door would open and I would be raised up to His promises… The work and blessings He has so graciously given me to walk in.
This is true, but it is only half of the truth. See, we are to co-labor with Christ! That means that we work together with the Lord. He has His role, and we have ours! We are joined through the Spirit, the Word and the Eternal Covenant of His blood that was shed for us.
2 Corinthians 6
1 As God’s partners,[a] we beg you not to accept this marvelous gift of God’s kindness and then ignore it. 2 For God says,
“At just the right time, I heard you.
On the day of salvation, I helped you.”[b]
Indeed, the “right time” is now. Today is the day of salvation.
Ephesians 2:8-10

8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
In closing- not only is it Christ who worketh in us but Christ who also worketh outside us. Preparing the way for just the right time. He is never early and never late!
