Psalm 100

5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
    his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Romans 8
28 And we know that God causes everything to work together[a] for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
The Spirit brought this idea to my mind in the wee hours of the morn.   He basically said this-  I am your steady support. You can count on me no matter what circumstance befalls you.   Your steady support or foundation is built on my word and these three truths therein.
1). I am Great/ Sovereign
2)  I am Good/ Loving
3). I Never Change
This is our Devine Safeguard against losing heart!
So, no matter what trial comes our way, if we will put this visual before our eyes and train ourselves to look at trials through Gods Goodness, Greatness and Unchangeability-  we will move forward with confidence, hope, peace, power and victory.
1 John 4
8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
Psalm 62
11 Once God has spoken;
    twice have I heard this:
that power belongs to God,
12     and that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love.
Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
James 1:17
Whatever is good and perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.
Remember this- the greatest gifts are often wrapped in darkness and rough exterior. Those who trust and wait will receive the greater blessing.
Peace be yours,  Jonathan
Psalm 27
14 Wait for the Lord;
    be strong and take heart
    and wait for the Lord.
O troubled soul, beneath the rod,
Thy Father speaks, be still, be still;
Learn to be silent unto God,
And let Him mould thee to His will.
O praying soul, be still, be still,
He cannot break His plighted Word;
Sink down into His blessed will,
And wait in patience on the Lord.
O waiting soul, be still, be strong,
And though He tarry, trust and wait;
Doubt not, He will not wait too long,
Fear not, He will not come too late.
